Freshwater Bay

Membership Benefits

Freshwater Bay Golf Club is known on the Isle of Wight as the ‘friendly club’ and has a varied and vibrant membership.

There are regular club and inter-club competitions and our members enjoy an excellent relationship with other golf clubs both on the Island and on the mainland. Members can play other Isle of Wight Clubs at reduced rates and there are reciprocal arrangements with mainland golf clubs where our members can play a round free of charge when pre-arranged through the Club Secretary.

The Club offers a concessionary playing membership rate to persons who can demonstrate that their respective rate of subscription presents a genuine barrier to joining. The whole application process of this concessionary rate, which will be subject to an annual review, will be handled in a discreet and confidential manner, and it involves no reduction of normal voting rights or membership privileges.
