Well, this event finally has been completed!!!  Originally scheduled for New Year’s Day it was instead played in beautiful June sunshine, and the scores reflected this.
A very tight contest, with only 0.6 separating the top 3 pairs, Richard Frost and Chris Edmonds-Smith were the winners,  with their playing partners, John Burke and Rick Penn second, beating Richard Leppard and Geoff Ruck on countback
